Privacy Policy

ShipSweat reads the DraftKings UFC and NFL Classic lineups and contest data that DraftKings already shows you while you're logged in, calculates salary value and ownership locally, and displays a dashboard in a Chrome side panel — with UFC fight status and the observed points, ranks, and player minutes remaining for NFL entries. All of this happens inside your browser.

To do its job, the extension reads the following from DraftKings pages and APIs using your existing logged-in session. Background recording can continue after you close the panel:

• Your DraftKings UFC and NFL Classic lineups (the players you entered and their salaries).
• NFL entry ranks, scores, player minutes remaining, and game statuses, including completed contests.
• Live contest standings and scores (the same data shown on the DraftKings gamecenter).
• Your DraftKings display name, as it appears in those standings, to identify which entries are yours.
• Contest exports, including other entrants' display names, entry IDs, scores, ranks, and visible rosters.
• Relevant DraftKings page and request URLs, capture times, response status and response content. The extension observes selected DraftKings network responses to keep the dashboard current and save local diagnostic samples; it does not record general browsing history, keystrokes, mouse movements or unrelated sites.
• While gamecenter is open during an active UFC recording, limited text near known fighters and selected scorecard/result fields, to investigate result and scoring delays.

This information is read in your browser to display your dashboard and save local recordings for later analysis. It is processed locally. The extension does not upload it to us or a third party. You can choose to export and share a copy yourself.

• We do not collect or have access to your DraftKings password or login credentials.
• We never see or store your payment card details — those are entered only on Stripe's secure checkout.
• The extension does not include advertising or analytics tracking.
• We do not sell your personal information or DraftKings data.

ShipSweat offers a free trial and then a one-time purchase to unlock it. Payments are handled by ExtensionPay, which uses Stripe to process the transaction. When you buy, you enter your email and card details on Stripe's own secure checkout page — not in the extension. Stripe and ExtensionPay process that information as the payment providers; ShipSweat never receives your card number.

To know whether to unlock paid features, the extension checks your purchase/trial status with ExtensionPay using an installation/license key that authenticates these checks. License responses can include your payment email and purchase or trial status. These checks contain no DraftKings contest data. See ExtensionPay's privacy policy and Stripe's privacy policy.

ExtensionPay's bundled SDK stores its license key, installation date and cached license response in Chrome's sync storage when available, with local storage as a fallback. Chrome may synchronize those license records across browsers signed into your account according to your Chrome settings. DraftKings contest captures are kept separately in local storage and IndexedDB; they are not placed in Chrome sync storage.

Captured lineups, scoring results, and recorder settings are stored locally on your own device using your browser's extension storage (chrome.storage.local). Recordings use local IndexedDB storage. This data is not uploaded anywhere. It exists only on the computer where you installed the extension.

Automatic recording is enabled by default for detected UFC contests. You can pause it from Recordings. Completed recordings are removed after seven days when the recorder next runs. Recording payloads have a 512 MB limit; older routine snapshots may be removed first, with omissions noted in the recording. You can export a recording to a ZIP file on your device. Those files can contain contest entrants' display names and entry details. Exported files remain until you delete them yourself.

NFL tracking saves observed response samples locally in IndexedDB. New samples are bounded by seven days, 2,000 records, and 64 MB; cleanup runs when another capture is saved. These samples do not guarantee a complete slate recording. The extension also preserves a one-time copy of the earlier diagnostic buffers so existing evidence is not overwritten. That legacy backup remains until extension storage is cleared or the extension is removed.

Export NFL samples creates a local JSON file containing saved samples, the current tracking state, and that legacy backup. It may contain usernames, entry identifiers, and observed rosters. The file is not uploaded; any exported copy remains until you delete it.

ShipSweat has no backend server of its own for your DraftKings data. The requests it makes to read your lineups and scores go directly to DraftKings (and DraftKings' own data hosts) — the same requests the DraftKings website itself makes. Your DraftKings data is never transmitted to us or shared with any third party.

The extension also connects to ExtensionPay for licensing and checkout as described under Payments above. It carries no DraftKings data.

The extension requests only the permissions it needs to function:

• Access to DraftKings pages (draftkings.com and DraftKings' data hosts) — to read your lineups and live scores. A separate script on ExtensionPay supports license activation.
• Storage — to save lineups, scores, and recorder settings locally.
• Tabs & Alarms — to find your open DraftKings tab, refresh scores, and schedule background recordings.
• Side Panel — to show the dashboard alongside the page.
• Access to extensionpay.com — used only to confirm your purchase/trial status for unlocking paid features. No DraftKings data is sent there.

ShipSweat's use of information received through Chrome APIs follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Extension data is used only to provide and support the disclosed lineup-tracking and licensing features. It is not sold, used for personalized advertising, or used to determine creditworthiness or for lending. We read contest data for support only when you choose to share it with us.

You can delete an individual recording from Recordings. Removing the extension from Chrome (or clearing its storage) permanently deletes its local contest data and settings. Files you previously exported must be deleted separately. Removing the extension does not delete payment-provider records, website email subscriptions, or support correspondence. License records synchronized by Chrome are also subject to your Chrome sync settings; local removal should not be treated as a request to delete those records from every device or from the payment providers.

The optional UFC optimal-lineups email signup sends your email address to our website and Resend, our email provider, to manage your subscription and send the updates you requested. It does not send your DraftKings lineups. You can ask us to remove your subscription at support@appsnovo.com.

If you email support, we receive your address, message and any attachments you choose to share. Send only the information needed to explain the problem; a screenshot is usually enough. We use support messages to respond and investigate issues. Our website host, Vercel, may process request information such as IP address, browser information and server logs to deliver and protect the site.

See Resend’s privacy policy and Vercel’s privacy policy. Contact us to request deletion of a subscription or support information. Payment records are handled under the payment providers’ policies and any applicable retention requirements.

ShipSweat is intended for adults who use DraftKings in jurisdictions where that is legal. It is not directed to children. The website email signup and support channels are also intended for adults.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top and post the revised version here. Material changes to how the extension handles data would also be reflected in an extension update.
